Electronic orders are processed weekdays within 24 hours and confirmations are issued via email.  If you prefer to speak with a customer service associate, call our customer service center at (317) 924-3311 or (800) GAS-4217 for assistance.

Customer Service Hours:
    Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you are unsure about the availability of natural gas in your new neighborhood, or if you are building a new home or your existing home does not have gas lines installed, call the Citizens Gas Business to Business call center  at (317) 927-HEAT [4328] and select option #4, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
